Discover your own personal retreat! Our 21 rooms offer space, tranquillity and comfort, and have been designed to blend in with the surroundings. Every room boasts an indescribable panoramic view – most even have their own balcony from which to enjoy it. We offer you a holiday for both body and mind: all rooms are bright and airy, whilst our private spa features wellness oases with rain showers, baths, infrared cabins or private saunas, as well as comfortable beds for pure relaxation.

We look forward to welcoming you and your whole family. There is plenty to experience in Oberstdorf, and here on the Kühberg there are countless corners waiting to be discovered by little explorers.
The “Linde” category has been specially tailored to the needs of families. It offers plenty of space to relax after an exciting day. In the “Magnolie” and “Oberstdorf im Blick” categories, children can also sleep on the comfortable sofa or in a cot, depending on their needs.

Holidays with your dog
Your dog is very welcome here! And he’ll certainly feel it: a cosy little bed awaits him in the room, and he’s free to explore the woods and meadows around the house. After long walks, a dog shower ensures he’s refreshed and his paws are clean. We’ll provide food and water bowls for the duration of your stay.
However, in the interests of our other restaurant guests, we can only accommodate dogs that can remain in their room for the duration of meals; we ask for your understanding in this matter. Valid third-party liability insurance for your four-legged friend is also a prerequisite for a successful holiday with your dog at the Kühberg.
We charge €20 per dog per day. Four dog-friendly rooms (categories: Ahorn, Kiefer, Lärche and Privat SPA) are available; advance booking is always required.
If you bring your dog without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to 100 euros; in the worst-case scenario, depending on availability, you may not be able to check in at all. So: it really is important to enquire in advance.
